Found in dirt in Houtzdale-strange metal medallion-"altar" w/H.F. on it and Jeannie type bottle (?) floating above w/13 stars on top edge, small hole on top in 2 pieces might have had something inside/outside. Any ideas? Masonic possibly? No one knows around even some older(est) ones.
