We have 3 rock formation above our house and we are just curious to if they are indian burial sites or maybe something to do with the indians. How do we go about finding out more?

Probably not, the Delaware and Seneca of the area(especially the Delaware) buried their dead Algonquin style on elevated platforms with their possessions.
The Seneca sometimes did bury their dead in thbe ground, but usually did not cover the graves with rocks.
The susquehannocks who preceeded both the above not much is known about them, but i'd check with Archeologists and paleotologists from Penn State to be certain before disturbing them in any way, as disturbing Native American graves is a federal crime.
